Problem hunting and remediation

Late last year, I spent some quality time attending the 1E Work from Anywhere (WFA) conference. I was pleasantly surprised to learn a lot about two ideas that I had not focused on an employee’s digital experience and problem hunting. Coming from a background in monitoring and then shifting into automation, this topic combined both areas of study in a way that was extremely interesting for me.

I was in communication with one of my friends over at 1E (Ed Aldrich). We agreed that chronicling my experiences learning on these topics could be an exciting path to explain these topics from a beginner’s perspective and then move into more advanced concepts. I am excited to announce that the result of that learning path is a whitepaper that is now available!

Additionally, I had the opportunity to present on the modern endpoint web show on this topic. And I got to speak on “Advanced DEX management: Implementing a problem hunting methodology” on September 30, 2021!
