Mark Whitmire

Vice President, Digital Solutions

Mark Whitmire is Vice President, Digital Solutions for Catapult. As a member of Catapult’s executive team, Mark is responsible for leading Catapult’s growth and company-wide execution in Digital Solutions, including Digital Workforce strategy and Solutions as a Service. He works closely with the sales, marketing, and delivery leadership of the company to drive growth in Digital Workforce solutions, cloud services, and subscription revenue.

Prior to his current role, Mark was Catapult’s VP of Global Delivery and was responsible for Catapult’s service delivery processes, delivery management processes, and the development and readiness of our global consulting team. He also served as General Manager of Catapult’s Houston Business Unit for over ten years. His extensive background lends to the management of large-scale, technology-enabled, business change projects, with 30+ years of cross-discipline experience in business strategy, process analysis and design, application development, systems integration and organization change management.

Previously, Mark was Vice President of Consulting for BSI Consulting and played an instrumental role in leading the growth of the company into a highly successful systems integration and web solutions firm. While at BSI Consulting, he led the establishment and operations of offices in Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, and Austin. BSI was recognized on the Inc 500 list as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States.

Mark spent the first 11 years of his career with the organization now named Accenture. During this time, he developed his foundation of experience and expertise in leading business transformation projects, working with global companies across multiple industries.

Mark is an honors graduate from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He lives in Houston, Texas with his wife Allison, and they have two children in their twenties.  In his free time, he enjoys golf, tennis, snow skiing, and following his hometown and college football, basketball, and baseball teams.
