Issue
·         Installed Ops Console using OMCONSOLE.MSI, without prerequisites installed correctly.
a.       Unable to load SCOM Console
b.      Unable to repair SCOM Console

Workaround

1.       Remove the Operations Manager Console and reboot

2.       Ensure Report Viewer controls is installed along with all other prerequisites

3.       Reinstall SCOM Console using Setup.exe or the MSI from the SCOM Installation source
