I have been in a recruiting capacity with Catapult Systems for eight years. In addition to helping define and implement our overall recruiting strategy, I am responsible for hiring consultants to work in our Houston and Tampa offices.
Currently, I am building a pipeline of A+ candidates with a combination of Microsoft skills in any of the following areas: .NET development, Sharepoint, SSIS and SSAS, Unified Communications, and Project and Portfolio Server 2007.
The majority of our hiring comes through referrals. We offer a $500.00 for any type of referral that results in a successful hire and is employed with us for at least 90 days.
