You may have recently noticed that Operations Manager 2012 R2 UR2 has been released. These recently appeared in my lab environment which drew my attention.
Microsoft has provided documentation on what is new in System Center 2012 R2 UR2 which is available at: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2932881. Specific information for Operations Manager updates in this UR is available at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2929891. Please note that there are some specific requirement for installation of this UR for Operations Manager. The supported installation order is shown below:

We recommend that you install this update rollup package in the following order:
- Install the update rollup package on the following server infrastructure:
- Management server or servers
- Gateway servers
- Web console server role computers
- Operations console role computers
- Apply SQL scripts (see installation information).
- Manually import the management packs.
What I don’t see anywhere is an easy way to tell what the original widgets were versus the new ones. So here’s the difference:

For those folks out there like me who have been working with Operations Manager since these dashboards were added – this is a huge group of new widgets. Way to go Microsoft!
