The Office 365 team just released the beta version of the Deployment Readiness Tool.  This is designed to scan your AD, Exchange, Lync, and SharePoint environments to determine if you are “ready” for Office 365 and if you are not, give you guidance on steps to remediate issues.

After launching the .exe file, the actual information gathering happens in a web browser:

Once it is complete, it will categorize the report in to the following sections which gives you quick links to the results:
