When you install FEP 2010 you’ll notice some changes in the SCCM Console. I wanted to point out a few of the changes.
Under System Center Configuration Manager, Site Database (SITECODE – SERVERNAME, SCCM DESCRIPTION), Computer Management, Collections you’ll find a new collection named FEP Collections.
Under System Center Configuration Manager, Site Database (SITECODE – SERVERNAME, SCCM DESCRIPTION), Computer Management, Software Distribution, Packages, you’ll see three new packages created for FEP
Under System Center Configuration Manager, Site Database (SITECODE – SERVERNAME, SCCM DESCRIPTION), Computer Management, Software Distribution, Advertisements, you’ll see three two new advertisement folders for FEP
Under System Center Configuration Manager, Site Database (SITECODE – SERVERNAME, SCCM DESCRIPTION), Computer Management, Software Distribution, Advertisements, FEP Policies, you’ll see two new advertisements for FEP.
Under System Center Configuration Manager, Site Database (SITECODE – SERVERNAME, SCCM DESCRIPTION), Computer Management, Desired Configuration Baselines, you’ll see eight new Configuration Baselines for FEP 2010
Under System Center Configuration Manager, Site Database (SITECODE – SERVERNAME, SCCM DESCRIPTION), Computer Management, you’ll see a new branch named Forefront Endpoint Protection.
