Back on March 4th I posted a guide for Exchange 2010 and Blackberry Enterprise Server Express 5.0.1

Today I just applied SP1 to our Exchange 2010 server and found that there is one small tweak I need to make to my Exchange server according to Elan Shudnow’s blog.

His blog was written for Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) whereas I am using the Express edition. I found that his changes worked fine in my environment.

Run this from Exchange Management Shell:

Set-ThrottlingPolicy -RCAMaxConcurrency $null -RCAPercentTimeInAD $null -RCAPercentTimeInCAS $null -RCAPercentTimeInMailboxRPC $null

So far everything is running well. It is important to note that this is not yet supported by RIM yet (as of 11/14/2010). RIM’s Compatibility Matrix does not list Exchange 2010 Sp1 support for the Express Edition (although it is listed for the full edition).
