Here’s little tip on Lync recordings that may help some of you…
There’s a somewhat hard-to-find setting in Lync that allows you to specify what type of content you want to capture. This content may desktop sharing, IM, and/or audio. Per
here, you can use the Alt key in a Lync conversation to pull up the Menu bar and choose your recording options. To my knowledge this is the only place you can find this setting, and you must have audio going in order to access this menu.
