Vaughan Merlyn has a great post on his IT Organization Circa 2017 blog on how hard a consulting company should push its clients in adopting organizational change.  On the converse side, it also discusses what a client should expect from a consulting company that implements tools supporting organizational change.


Needless to say, this hits straight to the heart of the issues inherent in many a Project Server & SharePoint implementation, which typically are initiated as tool implementations to support (or drive) organizational change processes.
