Exchange 2010 SP1 Upgrade Failed “The specified service has been marked for deletion”
The fix was to reboot, then download and install KB 2400399 to bring the Unified Communications Managed API 2.0 Redist version up to 6907.215 (9/23/2010). Then re-run Setup and it finished successfully.
