Jim Booth is the Regional Vice President for Catapult’s National Practices. Jim is responsible for overseeing Catapult’s P&L and operations in this region across South and Central Texas and Louisiana, including developing new business, building strategic partnerships and overseeing consulting operations.
Jim has over 25 years of experience delivering technology business solutions and is particularly strong in growing and leading teams in Consulting Services delivery. His cross-discipline experience areas include full life cycle application and infrastructure system design and development, business process engineering, strategic planning, integration of business process engineering with technical development, project management methodologies, and organizational change management.
After starting his career at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, Jim helped to grow a startup company called American Financial Network focused on sales force automation. From there, Jim held senior leadership positions with BSG Consulting, Enron, and USAA before joining Catapult Systems.
Jim began his career at Catapult Systems as the Director of Service Delivery in San Antonio. He was promoted to General Manager (GM) in and started a new Federal contractor business unit and a new office in Washington, D.C. After getting that unit to profit and transitioning to a local team, Jim moved back to Texas and took over the San Antonio and Austin business units.
Jim graduated from Texas A&M University College Station with a degree in Management Information Systems. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, and a wide range of outdoor sports and activities.
