Leadership Team
Andrew Montz is the General Manager of Catapult Systems’ San Antonio office. Responsible for go-to-market strategies and building strong partnerships, Andrew also manages the consulting operations in San Antonio. As a member of Catapult’s senior management team, he assists with corporate strategy, business development and operational leadership.
One of Andrew’s career highlights includes being president and founder of his own consulting and software company where he developed patent-pending technology for valuing and prioritizing projects. After starting his career with Pennzoil, he held senior positions with BSG, Align Solutions and IBM. Most recently, Andrew served as a Director of Claims Systems at USAA. His extensive background in complex projects and systems development processes gives him a keen understanding of the leadership and operational qualities that are needed to support companies and their employees, in achieving success.
Andrew has an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston and a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University. Andrew and his wife have two daughters and live in San Antonio, Texas. |
