Leadership Team
Sam Goodner is the Chief Executive Officer for Catapult Systems. Sam fosters the continuing excellence of Catapult’s vision, culture and core values. He formulates and manages Catapult’s corporate strategy, directs its management team and builds key business and strategic relationships for the company.
Sam founded Catapult Systems in 1993 at the age of 26. Prior to starting Catapult, Sam worked at Service Systems International, where he opened the company’s European headquarters in England. He also developed software applications for Dell Computer Corporation’s international offices.
Sam initially honed his leadership skills and style as a mountain infantry officer in the Swiss Army. He is a graduate of the MIT/Inc Birthing of Giants program and a member of the Austin chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Sam has been repeatedly recognized for his innovation in leadership and was a recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2008.
