Catapult’s Core Values are the foundation of our business philosophy and are woven into every aspect of corporate life including awards, celebrations, performance reviews and promotions. They are so essential that Catapult Systems will not hire a new employee, regardless of technical ability, unless their personal and professional standards match Catapult’s Core Values.

Catapult's Rules of Empowerment

 

We expect our employees to make critical business decisions without having to ask for management approval.

 

If an employee has an idea to improve a work process or needs to make an on-the-spot decision, they ask themselves:

  1. Is it right for the customer?
  2. Is it right for Catapult Systems?
  3. Is it ethical?
  4. Is it in line with Catapult’s Core Values?
  5. Are you willing to be held personally accountable for your decision?

If the answer to all five questions is “yes,”

don’t ask, just do it.
