Catapult Systems seeks individuals with 5+ years Microsoft development experience who are interested in an exciting and challenging career in consulting. As a Catapult consultant you will have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies and solutions in a dynamic work environment. This position is based in our San Antonio office. 

Being a project lead and/or team member on Microsoft solutions/projects 
Creating functional design specifications, implementation, and testing 
Working closely with customers to understand and manage expectations 
Working within the guidelines of Catapult’s project and process management practices

Visual Studio .NET - C#, ASP.NET, SQL, VB.NET, XML 
Full lifecycle development experience 
Experience architecting scaleable applications 
Firm understanding of project management methodologies 
Able to work efficiently in teams and/or as an individual 
Experience and ability to interact with clients 
Good written and verbal communications 
10-20% travel to Houston, Austin, San Antonio required

MCSD Certification 
Firm understanding of the Microsoft Solutions Framework 
Working experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server, Commerce Server, Content Management Server, and/or SharePoint Portal Server 
Windows CE platform experience 
Good software testing skills
