Corporate Marketing Communications Manager - Austin 

 

Catapult Systems is looking for a Marketing Communications Manager who has demonstrated success developing B2B marketing materials, is a strong writer across all media, and has experience marketing for a high-tech company.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Develop and manage marketing and sales materials. This includes writing and editing content that ensures brand consistency across all materials, including:  collateral for products, solutions and packaged services; internal and external newsletters; campaign Support; case Studies; presentations; and press releases. This represents 80% of this position's responsibilities.

Develop solution messaging and positioning for both existing and new solution offerings. This involves:
Working with internal subject matter experts Synchronizing internally developed messages and Microsoft partner-driven messagesMarket research and needs analysis for Catapult services offerings
Drive development of client reference materials, including formal case studies, tracking customer successes, obtaining customer references, quotes and press releases

Manage and maintain corporate Web site

Collateral layout and template development in conjunction with Design; management of printing

Manage vendor relationships within Marcom

 

Minimum Requirements:  

 

At least 5 years experience developing successful marketing campaigns through branding, lead generation, public relations and sales support content development

Experience in and knowledge of technology industry and sales processTeam player with strong writing and verbal communication skills

Strong project management and execution experience

Ability to be resourceful and meet deadlines

Ability to interact with all levels of customers, prospective customers, and partners

Bachelor’s degree Strong self-management and motivation

 

Preferred Skills:  

 

Good understanding of Microsoft Corporation’s go-to market strategies

Experience in and knowledge of consulting services industry and sales process

Understanding of software product/solution lifecycle  

Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
