Due to impressive growth, Catapult Systems is currently hiring a Project Manager (Managing Consultant) with experience managing enterprise and mid-market  software development projects based on the Microsoft .NET architecture.  This position is based in our Houston office.

Managing full lifecycle application development projectsManaging project scope, budget, and client expectations; primary client contact once engagedProviding architecture review, and project milestone sessions for project sponsorsConducting and leading analysis/requirements workshops and interviews with key stakeholders at client companiesManaging and delegating responsibilities and priorities to technical lead and development staffPreparing formal documentation (requirements and design specifications)Provide mentoring for project team members

Demonstrated experience managing software projects between $200K and $1 millionAt least 7-10 years of project management experienceDemonstrated strong analysis skills and ability to make critical business recommendationsDemonstrated experience in managing projects without the guidance of a PMOWillingness to manage both private sector and state and local government projects both at client sites and the Catapult officeExperience using Microsoft ProjectCredible and professional presence; ability to think strategicallyProven organizational skills and team management ability

Development experience with Microsoft .NETPMP Certification
