AUSTIN, Texas – August 5, 2011 – Catapult Systems, a Microsoft IT consulting firm, today announced it was named 2011 U.S. Public Sector, State & Local Government Partner of the Year by Microsoft. Catapult Systems was recognized for its market growth and novel approaches to applying and deploying Microsoft solutions, including SharePoint-based collaboration portals designed to improve access to information and services that significantly improve operations for agencies in the public sector. Winners and finalists were nominated and selected by Microsoft’s U.S. Public Sector team working throughout the nation.
