Your key stakeholders are then able to make well-informed decisions about how to move forward with the project and develop a solution that will be a strategic asset for your organization.
Firm Foundation is a three-step process with key stakeholders:
Step One – Analysis: First, we work with you to develop a solid understanding of your project's business context.
Step Two – Workshop: In a Catapult-facilitated work session, key stakeholders establish a common understanding of business objectives and priorities, as well as the current and desired future states.
Step Three – Documentation and Planning: At the end you’ll receive a written summary of the workshop findings including the project’s vision, scope and limitations, the business case, project plan and cost estimate. The entire process takes one to three weeks, depending on the project scope and stakeholder availability. Catapult will tailor the time and deliverables to meet your project’s objectives.
