Catapult Systems Unveils New Strategic Direction with Microsoft


AUSTIN, Texas – January 31, 2003 – Catapult Systems, an Austin-based information technology (IT) consulting company, announced today a new strategic direction and closer allegiance to Microsoft Corp. After 10 years in the custom application development business using tools from a variety of vendors, Catapult has committed all of its resources to delivering Microsoft solutions exclusively.

 

"Since we were founded in 1993, we have always prided ourselves on being technology agnostics," said Sam Goodner, Catapult's CEO. "However, the consulting market has changed dramatically in the past two years and customers are demanding more value for their money. We believe that Microsoft provides the most cost-effective solutions and most flexible development tools available today."

 

Catapult Systems continues to deliver IT solutions for clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 2000 firms in industries as diverse as high tech, manufacturing, real estate, government, healthcare, energy, finance, and biotech.
