Catapult Systems Awarded Family Friendly Business Designation
AUSTIN, Texas – November 20, 2002 – Catapult Systems Corp. has recently been designated a Family Friendly Business by the Fund for Child Care Excellence. The designation was initiated by the Fund as an effort to increase awareness of the positive aspects of family-friendly business policies.
Companies in Austin that met or exceeded superior work/family practices received an award at the Family-Friendly Business Designation Luncheon, held November 13. Catapult received a silver award designation. Other recipients included HEB Grocery, Compass Bank, Concordia University of Austin, Pervasive Software, and Cedra Corp.
Work-family conflict is an important issue for today's workforce. “Catapult has always emphasized the importance of a work/life balance with its employees.
