Catapult Systems Wins Austin Chamber of Commerce Award
for 'Over the Top' Customer Service
AUSTIN, Texas – September 12, 2002 – Catapult Systems Corp. was awarded the 2002 Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce Business Award for ‘Over the Top’ Customer Service in the medium (50-249 employees) business category. This award recognizes Austin companies that excel in addressing their customer needs through unique employee training programs, customer service policies, and other customer satisfaction models.
The annual Austin Business Awards Banquet recognizes and honors Chamber member businesses who demonstrate leadership and achievement in one or more of the following areas: ‘Over the Top’ Customer Service, ‘One for All’ Commitment to the Community, and ‘Out on a Limb’ Innovative Business.
"This is quite an honor,” says Catapult CEO, Sam Goodner. "We work very hard to do what’s right for our customers -- in fact, it is an integral part of our corporate culture. Many thanks to the Catapult Sales Team, Customer Support Representatives, and Consultants who made this possible.”
Catapult was also a finalist for the award last year but was runner up to DPR Construction, a Catapult client. DPR actually uses Catapult’s web survey product, Inquisite, to gather feedback and measurable customer service data from their client base.
Humphrey Marr, CEO of Education Assistant Services, feels that Catapult’s ability to maintain a client’s expectations is key to their success. “…they’re constantly on top of meeting deadlines and the costs associated with them so that there are no surprises,” Marr says. “They follow up throughout the entire project.”
