Wisenbaker Builder Services Selects Catapult Systems to Create Product Visualization Solution


First of its kind .NET 3.0 solution will generate competitive advantage, revenue stream

 

AUSTIN, Texas – September 17, 2007 – Catapult Systems, a leading Microsoft consulting firm and nationally managed Microsoft Gold Certified partner, today announced that Wisenbaker Builder Services has chosen Catapult to create a product visualization and pricing solution, the first of its kind in the Construction industry. The application will be developed in the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0, at which Catapult is the market leader.

 

Wisenbaker, a provider of flooring and countertops to residential homebuilders, seeks to help its customers drive down their cost of doing business. The company recognized a need for a solution that can, on the fly, help homebuyers compare the look and price of flooring and countertop options within a given floor plan quickly and accurately. The company’s internal IT team scoped the project, but the scarcity of those resources prompted Wisenbaker to approach Catapult Systems.

 

“This solution will be a boon to our builder customers. And its complexity demanded a custom solution developed by the best – that’s why we chose Catapult Systems,” said Richard Gladstone, chief information officer of Wisenbaker Builder Services. “Catapult’s development efforts will ensure the application meets our requirements while reducing our time to market, enabling us to offer our customers a high-quality product quickly and cost-effectively.”
