to Work For in Texas

AUSTIN, Texas – February 7, 2006 – Catapult Systems, Inc. was named the second Best Company to Work for in TEXAS by the TEXAS MONTHLY, Texas Association of Business, and The Society for Human Resource Management-Texas State Council partnership.  Catapult was also the highest ranking Austin-based company in the competition.

The Best Companies to Work for in TEXAS competition identified the top 50 employers in the state using a two-part selection process that included an organization overview of

the company’s policies and procedures as well as an in-depth employee questionnaire.

Catapult Systems was recognized for its commitment to employee empowerment and culture that encourages each employee to be an independent thinker, self-starter and confident decision-maker, as if they are the owner of the company.  Key to the Catapult culture are the companies six core values, five rules of empowerment, and four rules of professional conduct.
