Catapult Systems Names New General Manager

of its San Antonio Office

Andrew Montz to Head Regional Operations

AUSTIN, Texas – July 5, 2006 – Catapult Systems Inc, a leading information technology consulting firm, announces the appointment of Andrew Montz as General Manager of its San Antonio practice. Montz has more than 15 years experience in developing, managing and selling technology related products and services.

As head of the San Antonio practice, Montz will be responsible for managing consulting operations, driving regional market strategies and exploring expansion opportunities.

Prior to this role, Montz held a senior position with USAA in San Antonio. He also served as president and founder of his own consulting and software company, OnReturn, where he developed patent-pending technology for valuing and prioritizing projects.

Montz, a San Antonio native, has an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston and a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
