Healthesystems’ rapid growth and organizational sprawl over the last several years had accelerated their need for a solution that could effectively manage and search content, as well as provide project management, team collaboration and business intelligence. An earlier attempt at an intranet had resulted in a site that couldn’t meet the demands of the business, causing major adoption, training and customer issues.
