Orthopaedic & Neurological Rehabilitation (ONR) is a leader in providing quality physical, occupational, and speech therapy services nationwide. ONR is a privately-held company that has experienced rapid growth over the past decade due to its reputation of quality care, innovative service and satisfied customers. The company manages therapy services at over 200 nursing homes in 10 states, and employs more than1,250 people.

ONR needed to improve internal communication and reporting by enabling sharing of information across departments and between field and corporate employees. It also wanted to standardize processes for business development, recruitment, customer service and the operations of opening new facilities.

Catapult Systems implemented a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution that centralized customer and employee data, and created custom workflows to standardize processes. Catapult also linked Dynamics to ONR’s internal systems and enabled ONR to import data from multiple external sources.
