The agency has been struggling with their current system’s ability to manage ongoing Texas state cases, and needed a solution to streamline the process.

Catapult developed a secure solution based on Microsoft SQL Server and a rich client installed on each of the clerical staff’s desktops. The solution enables Intranet and Internet reporting and case results, streamlines the case management process and is easily maintained by the client’s IT staff.
