Catapult Systems is a learning organization. To accustom new employees to our unique corporate culture we rely upon Catapult’s Boot Camp and mentorship programs. We build upon this foundation, continually expanding levels of technical and business expertise, by investing in the professional development of our people through our employee-led Catapult University and more formal curriculum.
All Catapult consultants have annual certification and training goals to keep them challenged and up to speed on the latest technological advances.
