Senior Account Executive

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Executive to focus on the South Florida marketplace. Responsibilities

  • New business development
  • Meet and exceed quota $ 2M+ in annual delivered project revenue
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients through personally established contacts, cold calling, and company leads
  • Manage the sales process; including managing and guiding the technical pre-sales resources to effectively present solutions to prospective clients
  • Prime on RFP responses, proposal development, sales presentations and final contract negotiating
  • Engage in ongoing account development and management.
  • Develop presentations, proposals, statements of work and any other paperwork required by the customer
  • Develop, maintain and leverage strong relationships with Microsoft and other Alliance Partnerships. Maintain accurate and current information on your pipeline and client activities in a customer relations database.

Required Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience selling and a demonstrate-able understanding of the current business market software solution services in Microsoft solution areas
  • Must have a demonstrated track record of selling and managing large/ upper mid-market, with skills ranging from identifying new opportunities to prospecting to closing
  • Preference of 7+ years experience
  • Solid understanding of enterprise service solutions specifically in core infrastructure, application development, enterprise integration, portal/ collaboration and large scale technology implementations
  • Solid understanding of the concepts of Microsoft technologies
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and large dollar value solutions
  • Experience selling to senior management (Executive, IT and Line of Business Managers, VP’s, Directors) in large (Fortune 1000) and upper mid-market ($300 million + annual revenue) companies
  • Ability to react appropriately in customer settings, “listen” and discern client business needs
  • Ability to lead a pre-sales effort in defining complex technical solutions, assist with RFPs and deliver proposals
  • Tenacity, independent, with high levels of energy and self-motivated.
  • Desire to work in a team environment and contribute to the growth of an established company
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Must have influential and viable relationships with business decision makers in Fortune 1000 companies
  • Must have proven track record of exceeding annual quotas of $3- 5M+
  • Must possess mastery level presentation, written and verbal skills
  • Solid and stable career history (2-3+ years per job)
