Summary
Catapult Systems is looking for a CRM consultant for a full-time role. The candidate must be able to implement solutions in the Microsoft CRM Dynamics 4.0 system. This candidate should be able to help translate business requirements into a solution design and then implement the design in CRM. Candidates who have strong business analysis skills and can lead requirements and design as well as implementation would be a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
- This is a billable, implementation, role. The candidate will be expected to work the majority of their hours on projects for our clients.
- The candidate will interface with business and information technology business representatives.
- The candidate will have an ability to provide creative solutions to client’s business and technical challenges.
- The candidate will support the sales team with pre-sales activities such as demonstrations, requirements gathering and creating statements of work.
- The Denver office is growing and the candidate will be expected to do other related duties as assigned.
- The candidate must be willing and able to work frequently on-site with our clients throughout the Denver Metro Area during the course of projects.
Candidate Mandatory Requirements
- Several years experience working with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. Experience with 4.0 is mandatory.
- Candidate must have top-notch client facing skills and be a highly professional communicator.
- Experience in providing hands-on customer support and application troubleshooting.
Implementation skills considered mandatory:
- Creating new entities
- Adding and removing fields from entities
- Creating dashboards
- Customizing and creating new reports
- Creating logic using scripting on forms
- Creating workflows, leveraging the CRM system
- Experience working with all of the functions in the Sales, Marketing and Service modules.
- Experience customizing CRM to meet customer’s specific business needs.
Candidate Desired, but not Mandatory Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft CRM 3.0 and earlier is a plus.
- Scribe integration and data migration is a significant plus.
- Integration experience with C360 products and solutions is a significant plus.
Experience on other Microsoft technologies is a significant plus. Candidates with a background in .Net Application Development, scripting languages, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 or Windows SharePoint Server 3.0 would be a plus.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- This role would require a minimum of three to five years working with the Microsoft CRM technology stack.
- Candidates should also have a background in professional services or a related field.
- Technical skills and professional background are preferred over a specific educational background.
- Microsoft certification a significant plus
