Andrew Montz is the General Manager of Catapult’s Federal and San Antonio markets. He is responsible for local go-to-market strategies, business development, building strong partnerships and managing consulting operations. As a member of Catapult’s senior management team, he also assists with corporate strategy, business development and operational leadership.

After starting his career with Pennzoil, Andrew held senior positions with BSG, Align Solutions, IBM, and USAA. One of his career highlights includes being president and founder of his own consulting and software company where he developed patent-pending technology for valuing and prioritizing projects. His extensive background in complex projects and systems development processes gives him a keen understanding of the leadership and operational qualities that are needed to support companies and their employees in achieving success.

Andrew has an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston and a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University. Andrew and his wife have two daughters and live in San Antonio, Texas.
